Luciano Cardoso Santos
Graduated in Biological Sciences (2018) and Master in Animal Science (2020) from the State University of Santa Cruz (Brazil), where he is currently in his first year as an academic doctoral student in the Postgraduate Program in Animal Science (PPGCA) . Member of the Nucleus for Research in Reproduction and Endocrinology (NuRE) of this university and works in the area of Reproductive Biology, developing research that addresses: genital tract of males and females; maternal-fetal interface; and endocrine disorders that affect reproduction. In his PhD research, he investigates the potential therapeutic use of Kisspeptin analogues in situations of hypothyroidism and hyperprolactinemia in rats.
